Q: I got the following message, what does it mean?
"Your membership expired 25 days ago. Your grace period will end in 20 more days."

Q: How do I change my login ID or password?
A: Go to the Member Login section and sign in. Then Click on Profile > Member Settings. A Pencil icon indicates the ability to edit your information. Click the Pencil, change your information and click Save. Your information will then be updated.
